Introducing Regis the man behind Redbull. An all round star who has become a great friend. Our first trip to New York was with Adidas to help launch their flagship store on Broadway and Houston, and although it was a fantastic experience, we were totally naive 'tourists' who didn't venture out of our own little bubble of mayhem. However, after hooking up with Redbull USA, we were shown exactly what New York had to offer. From meeting all of the major creative people on the scene to hanging with all the top people in the skate, bboy and graf industries, Regis alone opened up my eyes and made me fall head over heels in love with this fabulous city.The night this picture was taken, Harold Hunter of Zoo York fame was partying with us and shortly after returing home, tragically died from an overdose. His passing was like a bomb going off in the scene. Seeing the aftershock was something I'll never ever forget and getting to see first hand, how tight everyone was within that very large circle, made me realise that the place is one real community of very real friends.
Since that first trip, we've been back to New York many times and Regis is always the first cell number that gets called upon landing. Nothing but love for this unique and mad hombre.
