Supersize me!

Back in the early days of Parkour in the UK, it was all about going big. You have to realise that there were no resources at hand and most definitely no help being provided by anyone about safe training practice. This led to the whole big jump philosophy and pictured here, we see Asid when he was going through a kamikaze stage of seeking out the biggest precision jumps possible. This jump is at the shell centre in London and is huge, with no room for error. While training with us, both Thomas and Foucan from France, eyed it up but declined. At the time, we took this as a sign of weakness but in fact, they were showing signs of where they were at with their own game and it was us who looked like noobs. Big jumps looks wow, but knees go oww!!
